Description Chronographs have been an integral part of the IWC Schaffhausen Pilot’s Watches collection since 1994. This Pilot’s Watch Chronograph features a stainless steel case with a diameter of 43mm, a blue dial, and rhodium-plated hands. The high-contrast dial showcases large Arabic numerals as hour markers and a triangular marker at 12 o’clock, reminiscent of easily readable instruments found in a pilot’s cockpit. Thanks to luminescent elements, time can be easily read at a glance, even in low-light or nighttime conditions. Powered by the in-house IWC Caliber 69385, this chronograph movement is precise and robust, featuring a classic column-wheel design. It allows for time measurement with stopping or aggregate timing for up to 12 hours. The hours are presented on a sub-dial at 9 o’clock, while the minutes are displayed on a sub-dial at 12 o’clock. The small seconds hand, highlighted in red, is positioned at 6 o’clock. The self-winding mechanism, with a power reserve of 46 hours, is visible through the transparent case back made of sapphire crystal. The watch is water-resistant to a pressure of 10 bar and comes with a five-link stainless steel bracelet with a folding clasp.
