Ball of fresh attiéké from Ivory Coast. Semolina made from freshly grated and naturally dried cassava. Cassava is ideal to accompany all Ivorian dishes (sauces, grilled fish, chicken…). Reheat in the microwave for a few minutes before enjoying. per 400g sachet. Fresh attiéké balls are a culinary specialty of southern Ivory Coast. They are made from semolina produced from cassava . The cassava is peeled, ground, and mixed with a small amount of previously fermented cassava. The mixture is then left to ferment for one to two days. Finally, the dough is drained, sifted, dried, and winnowed.
